To begin with, IIIB is a collaboration of a series of financial and trade group enterprises who have merged some ten years ago to provide a central agency for a matrix of business initiatives and growth capital sources. These industrial and human resources formations have, themselves, evolved through a 50-year course of developing energy resources, securing capitalizations; attracting skilled leadership groups; and, collaborating with groups and individuals who have established a broad range of environmental ethics scenarios.

HENCE, today, we are prepared to advocate very clearly that our 2010 AGENDA is as follows:

1. Provide affordable capitalization sources - both in the macro and micro streams ... This MEANS money for the poor as well as the wealthy with a provision of affordable interest
2. Collaborate with skilled work forces from all regions of this Earth in an agenda that will provide good governance for its citizenry; while creating an affordable network of socio-economic resources; through which to  create reliable employment and the consistent development of new goods and services; in conjunction with securing the fields of intellectual properties as a national asset
3. Establish affordable Health Care facilities / Holistic Healing Centres - with associate R&D Institutes that provide clear guidance on nutritional and physiological health; and
4. Introduce acceptable energy alternatives to our traditional reliance on fossil fuels. In this matter, we encourage plasma R&D, in conjunction with sciences such as sonoluminescence and magnetic fields
